Welcome to North Carolina Social Studies with Mr. Fender! This year we will explore the geography of North Carolina as well as the people and events that helped shape our fine state. We will cover topics ranging from early European exploration, to the Civil War and beyond. We will also explore current issues which affect us and our communities and I encourage active discussion.
